How to Prepare for Your Visit
- Make sure there is an adult present during the entire visit.
- Have a patient or parent ID available for verification purposes.
- We love pets but if you have any, please make sure they are in a secured area.
- Have an area with appropriate lighting and space available for your visit with one of our Nurse Practitioners.
- Sit back and relax. We will be there soon.
