When You’re Not Feeling Well, Our Practitioners Can Help.
Our board-certified nurse practitioners can evaluate and diagnose your symptoms and write prescriptions when medically appropriate. You will leave with the treatment plan and/or prescription if needed to get on your way to feeling better. **Insurance is not accepted for these services and a $40 booking fee is due at the time of scheduling, which will be added to your final bill.
We will refer patients to the nearest hospital or urgent care if they are experiencing the following symptoms:
- Severe shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Severe chest pain
- Dizziness or vertigo with vomiting
- Chest pain or pressure or pain radiating to your jaw, neck, or arm
- Severe, worsening, or sudden onset of pain in the stomach
- Blood in stool
- Blood in vomit
- Black stools
- Night sweats
- Swelling of the face and tongue
- Infection of MRSA within last 30 days
- Hospitalization in the last 30 days
- Children with difficulty swallowing and drooling
- Children with underlying heart or lung conditions
- Children with neurologic impairment
- Children with two or more episodes of croup who are less than 36 months old and have a history of intubation
Please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital if you have a medical emergency or require immediate assistance due to an accident or injury including:
- Abscesses
- Injuries on the head, face, or eyes
- Wounds requiring stitches or staples
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Any animal wound other than a minor dog or cat scratch
- Punctured wounds
